Refund Policy

At Trysellio, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under the conditions detailed below.

Deadlines

• Dissatisfaction: Up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

• Manufacturing Defect: Up to 30 calendar days from receipt.

• Visible Damage: For items received with broken glass, missing parts, or scratches, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence. After this period, the damage will be considered a result of misuse.

Return Conditions The product must show no signs of use and must be in its original packaging, including all accessories and components. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified. Once the product is received and passes our quality analysis, the customer may choose to:

• Exchange it for another item in stock.

• Receive a full refund for the product value.

Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.

Warranty All products carry a 30-day warranty starting from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, please send a video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and the shipping label.

The warranty does not cover:

• Aesthetic damage occurring after purchase (cracked screens, scratches, dents).

• Damage caused by liquids or humidity.

• Unauthorized repair attempts or modifications.

• Natural wear and tear (oxidation, battery depletion, loss of shine).
