How do I make a purchase? Visit Trysellio, choose your product, click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now," and complete your payment through our secure checkout.
Do you have a physical store? No, we operate exclusively online to provide the best prices and variety.
Do you ship to my country? Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping options and availability will appear at checkout based on your address.
How long does delivery take? Processing takes 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is between 5 and 12 business days, depending on the destination.
What are the payment methods? We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Shop Pay, and, on supported devices, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I pay with cash on delivery? At this time, we only accept secure online payments via the methods listed above.
Can I change my order or address? We can only edit or cancel an order before it is processed. Please contact us immediately at trysellio@gmail.com if you need to make changes.
Why did I only receive part of my order? If your order includes items from different distribution centers, they may arrive in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking codes for each shipment.
What is the return policy? You have 7 days for dissatisfaction returns and 30 days for defects. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact trysellio@gmail.com to start the process.
